------Please ensure all tools and materials used to steam are clean and disinfected-------

 

*Bring a medium sized pot of distilled water to a boil.
*Add 1/4 cup of herbs to the pot, cover and allow to steep for 10-15 mins.
*Uncover and place water in a clean, glass or stainless steel bowl. ( May also keep in pot)
*Position vagina over pot in a comfortable position with a towel wrapped around waist to keep steam in place for about 10-30 minutes depending on sensitivity. 
*After steaming strain herbs and drain the water. (May toss the used herbs outside in the grass or dirt.)
