Hormonal Healer Tea

This tea can assist in restoring and balancing hormones for those experiencing issues such as fibroids, irregular periods, PCOS, heavy flows, infertility, and hormonal acne. It may also aid in managing mood swings, stress, anxiety, and depression caused by hormonal imbalances.

How To Use:

-Bring one cup of water to a boil and remove from heat

-Add one teaspoon of herbs 

-Cover pot or kettle etc.and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. 

-Strain tea and enjoy! 

***May add honey or lime/lemon for taste , but best if consumed as is :)
