Menstrual Healer Tea

This blend of Menstrual Healer Tea can alleviate cramps associated with the menstrual cycle, inflamed uterus, and painful periods. It may also promote a lighter flow for those with heavy and irregular periods, while regulating the menstrual cycle.

How To Use:

-Bring one cup of water to a boil and remove from heat

-Add one teaspoon of herbs 

-Cover pot or kettle etc.and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. 

-Strain tea and enjoy! 

***May add honey or lime/lemon for taste , but best if consumed as is :)
