Immune Healer

This blend may ease symptoms of congestion, runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, headaches, and flu like symptoms. May also help to restore and maintain a healthy immune system.

How To Use:

-Bring one cup of water to a boil and remove from heat

-Add one teaspoon of herbs 

-Cover pot or kettle etc.and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. 

-Strain tea and enjoy! 

***May add honey or lime/lemon for taste , but best if consumed as is :)
